Bird dog

This stretching requires you to be positioned on your knees and palm on the floor, then you start with stretching out one leg and opposite arm backward and forwards respectively while you breathe in comfortably. You hold on to the posture for a while in your comfort zone then you exhale as you relax, and then you go for the next round with the other side of your arm and leg.

Partial crunches

This one requires you to lie on the floor straight, bent legs by knees, and cross arms at the chest or the back of your neck. Pull up the body forward with the help of your arm, and tighten your stomach muscles as you perform the process. You breathe in while you pull up and breathe out as you relax your body to the original position.
